We hope you love your new purchase. However, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your order confirmation email.
Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
We’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 (thirty) days of your order. The product(s) must have the tags attached, and all wrapping must be returned in a resalable condition. Once we have received your returned product(s) and is in a resalable condition we will issue you a refund (not including original delivery cost). If the item is faulty, please refer to the faulty section below. Unfortunately, we are currently unavailable to offer exchanges and therefore can only accept returns.
Returns via Post
Enclose a note detailing your full name, address, contact number, name of product(s) you are returning and reason for return. Package the items carefully in their original box and/or secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend that you use some form of registered post/courier to be able to track your parcel.
Other Important Information:
Any refunds are based on the method of payment, e.g. credit card sale = credit card refund;cash sale = cash back; voucher = voucher; PayPal = PayPal etc. We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order. Please note it can take up to 5 (five) business days for your refund to reflect on your bank account. Refunds/Returns are not permitted after the 30 (thirty) day period. Any sales items may be returned for refund within 30 days as per above policy.
If you wish to return an item which was purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.), you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.
Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Clothing tems will not be accepted for return if they have been machine washed.

Who Pays for The Return?
Unless the item is faulty, you will be liable for the returns cost. We recommend that you use some form of registered post/courier in case you need to track your parcel. Until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.
What Happens If I Receive the Wrong Item in My Order?
In the unlikely event the item you receive is incorrect, please contact us straight away. If it was our error we will arrange a replacement, collection and return.. Otherwise you will be responsible for returming the item for a refund or replacement.

What Happens If the Item Is Faulty?
If you are unhappy due to a perceived technical product fault or an incorrectly described product, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +353 (0) 87 799 9743. The determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Elite Sports Products.
Elite Sports Products reserves the right to have reasonable time to make decisions on the product. We pledge to reverting to the customer with a decision within 10 (ten) business days. Customers will be offered a Repair, Replacement or Refund.
Where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred.
