The following are the terms and conditions for use of the Elite Sports Products website or any internet site to which the website is linked. This Website is intended for use by people who are 18 years and over only.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on our website are the exclusive property of Elite Sports Products. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of these requires the prior written approval of Elite Sports Products.
Price of Goods
The price listed on our Website (the ‘Price’) for Elite Sports Products (the “Products”) will be as specified at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on our website is incorrect.
While we attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date, errors may occur. If we discover there is an error in the price of products and/or services you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If, however we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.
Online Pricing and Promotions
Voucher codes are only valid on specific products and while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time, without prior notice. Voucher codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Only one voucher code is accepted per user. Voucher codes cannot be applied to already placed orders and therefore must be entered at the time of purchase. Voucher code does not apply to delivery charges.
Only one voucher code can be used at any one time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher codes. Voucher codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. To apply a voucher code, you must enter it prior to completing the order. Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by our Customer Support team prior to fulfilment. If orders are deemed to be in violation of any of these Terms & Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.
We always endeavour to deliver your order to you within 1 (one) – 4 (four) business days of your order within the island of Ireland (32 counties), where this is practical, unless stated otherwise in the description. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore an approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 (twenty-one) days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the goods. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies which you have been charged.
However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery, you will be required to authentically sign-off on the successful delivery of your order, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a separate location and/or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. Cancelling Your Order
When you purchase an order online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order (other than perishable produce or customised products) up to 14 (fourteen) days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order. Please see our Returns Policy which provides full details on returning your items to Elite Sports Products.
Your order cannot be changed or amended once it has been placed. In order to change or amend your order you must first cancel the order and submit a new order. Please contact us on email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order.
If your order has been dispatched, you can return the product(s) to us and we will organise a refund (excluding original delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that all returns are done so at your own expense and we recommend a traceable carrier to return your product(s).Personalised items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Orders placed using a PayPal account as the payment method will be processed upon submission, and funds may be transferred from your PayPal account immediately. This does not indicate our acceptance of your order.

Communicating: If in the rare case that a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged please email the details along with images of the faulty or damaged parts.. Watsapp, social media or text messages will not be an accepted method of logging a complaint or sending images as these platforms are not always manned and are mainly used for promotions and advertising. Using these platforms as a form of communication will result in delays.
Damaged or Faulty: As a consumer you have a contract of business with us as the retailer. In a case where it may be deemed that a product or its parts were damaged after or during assembly or during use we may bring in a third party such as the manufacturer or designer to help us determine the nature of the fault or damage.. If assembly instructions were followed incorrectly or if parts were damaged during or after assembly then you as the consumer are liable and will be given the option to purchase the part(s) required. However if the parts were immediately reported damaged or missing and we can clearly see that parts are faulty or have been damaged during transportation then they will be replaced free of charge.
From time to time we experience customers who damage parts during assembly or during use then after some time try to claim that the product or its parts arrived faulty. All our products go through quality standard, strength and safety checks and are certified to be intact, safe and ready for their intended use. Parcels are also weighed at different stages from manufacturing to distribution and therefore if parts are missing and the weight is below the contents weight then they will be pulled aside and checked.. However it is possible that parts may go missing during final transportation’s which are out of our control. In those case the missing parts will be replaced free of charge.
Accordance with Specification
As many of our products are of a technical nature it is not practical to publish detailed up to date specifications of all products. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications on our Website are for the sole purpose of providing an approximate description of each product.
If any of our products are provided with manuals, patient information or safety instructions, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained therein at all times. Any information contained on our Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the products or are unsure of your abilities, you do so at your own risk and you should always seek expert advice and assistance.
We advise that nobody under the age of 16 (sixteen) should take supplements that have an impact on their physical development. Only the following products can be sold to customers within the relevant age brackets.
- Creatine (Over 18 (eighteen) years)
- Protein (Over 16 (sixteen) years)
- BCAA [Branched-Chain Amino Acid] (Over 16 (sixteen) years)
Protein & BCAA products are deemed to be safe for someone under the age of 18 (eighteen), but above 16 (sixteen) to consume. We do not recommend that anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen) years old should consume any products that contain Creatine.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent which is permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use our website, any changes to the website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or not received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use our products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.
Proprietary Rights to Content
You acknowledge that any content, including but not limited to text, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in emails distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the website, by us, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
Modification of our Terms & Conditions
We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Also in addition, we, at our sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of these terms and conditions.
Elite Sports Products will contact you via email confirming the status of your order with us. Our courier service may also contact you via SMS and/or email in relation to your order. Elite Sports Products may contact users in relation to the users attempted transactions, even if the transactions have not been confirmed. These will be operational emails to enquire as to why the transactions were not completed. The data will not be shared with any other third party. Our aim is to provide you with the highest level of customer service that we can.
Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from our returns policy. If a voucher is lost, stolen etc. it will not be replaced under any circumstances. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
